Nikolai Adamovitch
Nikolai is the Founder and Visionary of Commercialization Reactor, entrepreneur in-residence, and Head of Science Domain. He is an experienced business angel, investor, and entrepreneur. Nikolai obtained degrees in Owner President Management in Harvard Business School, OPM28 CLASS, 1999, as well as MSc in Nuclear Physics, University of Latvia, 1990.

Ilona is our Chairman of the Board. Chairing the company she is also responsible for the Investments and partnerships. She has extensive experience in banking, finance, and management.
Voldemars Bredikis

Ella Kalnina

Evija is our Support Programs Lead, leading pre-acceleration, acceleration and facilitation stages. She also has extensive experience in business development, professional training, coaching and mentoring, and deep-tech startup ecosystem.
Arseniy Sergeyev
Arseniy is our General Operations Manager. He is responsible for overseeing the smooth operation and structuring of Commercialization Reactor processes.
Lelde Stukle
Lelde is our Investment Manager. She is an experienced VC Investment Manager in pre-seed and seed stage technology start-ups.
Andris Baumanis
Andris is our Board Member. He is responsible for early-stage deals, AML and new projects. He has extensive experience in public finance and fund-of-funds management.
Erick Pastor
Erick is our Entrepreneurship Development Officer. He is working closely with startups formed in Commercialization Reactor to oversee and help with their development.
